I walked through the east village on a tuesday afternoon and noticed all the cafes are completely packed with people and their laptops....nobody seems to be working. A coffee to keep themselves warm, surfing, some sad faces, some tense faces.

There has to be something good we can collectively do with all of our time and talent...

looking for work, networking and hitting the usual suspect sites...no hits...of course because for every resume i send, 1000 resumes are already on the other ends inbox. why bother, because if i didn't do it, I would feel even crappier.
